Interviewed by CNN about the iPhone 4

Today I dropped by the Apple store to pick up a bumper for my iPhone 4 which I purchased on release day from the same store. It was purely coincidental that I was there just as the press conference was ending, and I rolled my eyes a little that there was a satellite truck there for CNN, but I ignored it and went inside. As I was leaving the store I was approached by one of the CNN interns and asked to go live on camera for CNN International giving my opinions about the iPhone 4 fiasco. Here it is.

The guys at the bar, and the bartender were nice, but it didn’t really feel like an open mic night. It’s not that I’m looking for the pretentious sycophancy of a “coffee shop” environment, just a little engagement from the audience. Not sure I’ll go back to this one. (continue reading…)
